Description

The fire hose reel cabinet, commonly known as a fire box, places firefighting water within reach of occupants and on-site emergency teams. Mounted on or recessed into walls at strategic points, the cabinet houses a swinging hose reel with semi-rigid hose, an isolating valve and an adjustable nozzle that switches between jet, spray and shut-off. Many models also include a compartment for one or two portable extinguishers, creating a complete first-response point.

Hamoon supplies cabinets in powder-coated steel or stainless steel, in single- or double-door designs with glass or solid doors, in surface-mounted and recessed versions. Hose reels to EN 671-1 are available in common lengths of 20 to 30 m and diameters of 19 or 25 mm, and cabinets can also be supplied with landing valves and lay-flat hose for use by fire brigades. A red finish and clear signage make the cabinet easy to locate in an emergency.
