We source from leading brands such as Siemens, Emerson, Yokogawa, Endress+Hauser, WIKA, MSA and Honeywell. If you cannot find the item you need on the website, simply send us its specifications.

How do I request a quote through the website?
Add the products you need to your quote list, then complete and submit the quote form with your name, company, phone number, email and any notes. If you do not know the exact model, describe your process conditions or application in the notes and our specialists will guide you. You can also send your item list by email.
How quickly will I receive a response?
Our sales team reviews requests during business hours and replies as quickly as possible. The exact response time depends on the number of items and whether we need to check with our suppliers. For urgent requests, please call us after submitting your enquiry.
What is a proforma invoice and when is it issued?
Once the technical details and quantities are finalised, Hamoon issues a formal proforma invoice stating the final price, payment terms, validity period and delivery conditions. Prices given before the proforma is issued are indicative only. Your order is confirmed once you accept the proforma and make payment according to its terms.
How can I pay?
Payment is made by bank transfer to the company's official account, in line with the terms stated on the proforma invoice. Payment terms for projects and corporate orders can be agreed with our sales team before the proforma invoice is issued.

Can you help us select the right equipment?
Yes, consultation and technical selection are part of our service. Share details such as the fluid, pressure and temperature ranges, pipe size, hazardous-area classification and communication protocol, and our specialists will recommend a suitable model. Where needed, we can also propose equivalent alternatives from other brands.
Can I get datasheets and technical documents?
Yes. We can provide manufacturer datasheets, manuals and other technical documents. Simply send us the product model or order code together with your request.
Are your products original, and do you provide certificates of origin and conformity?
Hamoon sources original equipment through a network of reputable manufacturers and suppliers worldwide. Documents such as certificates of origin, certificates of conformity and test certificates can be provided depending on the brand and product. To be sure, list the documents you need when you request a quote so they are included in the proforma invoice.
Shipping & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the brand, model and stock availability. Items in stock are dispatched as quickly as possible, and for items that need to be ordered, the lead time is stated on the proforma invoice.
Do you ship across Iran?
Yes, we ship orders throughout Iran. The shipping method and cost are agreed with you before the order is finalised, and sensitive instruments are packed securely so they reach you in perfect condition.
