Multi-layer structural firefighting turnout gear with flame-resistant outer shell, moisture barrier and thermal liner — EN 469 compliant, with reflective tape and an ergonomic cut for full mobility.
Our engineers help you choose the right model, range and certification.
Turnout gear is the most important barrier between a firefighter and intense heat, flame and hazardous substances. Suits are built from three main layers: a flame- and tear-resistant outer shell (such as aramid fibres), a moisture barrier that keeps out water and chemicals, and a thermal liner that slows heat transfer to the body.
An ergonomic cut with pre-shaped knees and elbows, reinforcement at wear points, reflective and fluorescent tape for visibility in smoke and darkness, and practical pockets for radios and tools keep firefighters effective during long operations. The protection level is selected per EN 469 and the type of operation (structural or industrial).
