Description

Eye injuries from flying particles, dust and chemical splashes can have permanent consequences, yet they are almost entirely preventable with the right eyewear. Hamoon supplies safety glasses with polycarbonate lenses that offer high impact resistance and absorb more than 99.9% of UV radiation, while remaining lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear.

Anti-fog coatings keep vision clear when moving between hot and cold areas or during physical exertion, and anti-scratch hard coatings extend lens life in dusty environments. Wrap-around designs with side protection, adjustable temples and soft nose pads ensure a secure fit. Lenses are available in clear for indoor work, smoke for outdoor glare and amber for low-light conditions. All products are tested to EN 166 (mechanical strength F) and EN 170/172 or ANSI Z87.1.

Typical applications

  • Mechanical workshops, grinding and drilling
  • Construction and outdoor site work
  • Laboratories and chemical handling (goggles recommended where splash risk exists)
  • Maintenance in oil, gas and power plants

Key points when selecting a Anti-Fog Anti-Scratch Safety Glasses

  • Check the impact marking (F or B per EN 166).
  • Choose clear lenses indoors, smoke outdoors and yellow for low light.
  • Anti-fog coating is essential in hot, humid environments.
  • For chemical splash, use indirect-vent goggles instead.
